Return Policies & Refund Policies

All pieces must be sent back to us in order to receive a refund, exchange, or replacement. Our address can be found here.

If your purchase is damaged upon arrival we will replace it at no cost within 30 days of its delivery.*
If your bracelet or necklace chain breaks, we will re-bead it at not cost within 30 days of its delivery.* After 30 days re-beads are $10-$15.
If your purchase breaks unexpectedly we will replace it at no cost within 30 days of it’s delivery.* Please send a photo of your broken piece when emailing us regarding your piece.
If you receive a piece and you are not satisfied, or change your mind, you can only exchange for another item of the same value within 30 days of it’s delivery.
